1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Serens Wellness, a trading name of Kelieff Holdings ("we", "our", "us"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Serens mobile application ("Serens" or "the App") on iOS and Android devices.
By creating an account and using Serens, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who We Are
Serens Wellness is a trading name of Kelieff Holdings, operating from the United Kingdom. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. What Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you create a Serens account we collect:
- Your email address
- Your chosen password (stored as a cryptographic hash โ we never store your password in plain text)
- The date and time your account was created
3.2 App Content You Create
When you use Serens we store the content you create, including:
- Habit lists, habit names, icons, colours, repeat schedules, and completion records
- Mood journal entries, emotion tags, sleep and health logs
- AI journal entries and prompts generated for you
- Voice note recordings you attach to journal entries โ these are stored as encrypted audio data in your account and are never shared with or processed by any third party
- Streak counts and progress statistics
This content is stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase (see Section 6 for details).
3.3 Subscription and Billing Information
If you purchase a Serens Pro or Serens ProAI subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from RevenueCat in order to unlock paid features.
3.4 Technical Information
We may collect limited technical information including device type, operating system version, app version number, and error logs to help us fix bugs.
3.5 AI Journal Usage
When you use the AI Journal feature, your journal context (time of day, mood score if logged, and whether previous entries exist) is sent to our secure Cloudflare Worker, which communicates with Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate a personalised prompt. Your prompts and written responses are stored in your account database. We do not share your journal content with any third party for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
3.6 Microphone Access
If you use the voice note feature in the AI Journal, the App will request access to your device microphone. Audio is recorded locally on your device and stored directly in your account. We do not stream, transmit, or analyse your voice recordings externally. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in your device Settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Serens account
- Sync your habits, mood entries, and journal across your devices
- Generate personalised AI journal prompts based on your context
- Verify your subscription status and unlock paid features
- Send account-related emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset)
- Diagnose and fix technical issues with the App
- Improve Serens over time based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
We do not use your personal data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it for any purpose other than those listed above.
